We offer subsidized parking for the Eaton Square parking structure. The cost is $2.00 for up to 2 hours of parking. Please bring in your parking ticket. There is also metered street parking available for $1.50 per hour.
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service. On your first visit, you may want to give yourself a little extra time to fill out our required intake form.
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the service received, you will be responsible for the full cost of the originally booked service.
24 hours advanced notice is required for cancellation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advanced notice or you “no show”, you will be responsible for the full amount of your appointment. This fee is monetary. If the appointment was booked under a gift certificate or other promotional voucher, it will be voided in lieu of the fee.

We would be happy to accommodate any requests for a particular therapist, upon availability. You may also ask for a therapist of a specific gender.  Please let our receptionist know about any requests when booking your appointment.
For your comfort, we recommend that you wait at least 2 hours after your last meal before receiving a massage.

After a massage, you may eat as soon as you would like. We recommend drinking a lot of water after a massage to flush toxins and rehydrate the body

Our recommendation is that you experience our massages wearing only the clothes you were born with. Should this be outside of your comfort level, you are more than welcome to wear your undergarments or a swimsuit.

After a brief consultation with your massage therapist, they will leave the room so you may disrobe, lie down on the massage table, and cover yourself with a sheet.

During your massage, your therapist will only uncover the area they are currently working on. No private areas will be uncovered.

We recommend you remove any necklaces and watches. You may also want to remove any dangly earrings or bracelets/anklets. Rings are rarely a problem.
Yes, we accept credit cards for transactions over $20.00. Hawaii State General Excise Tax (4.712%) will be included in all credit card transactions. Receipts will be provided by email.
If you enjoyed your service, our therapists would be delighted to receive a gratuity. The industry standard is typically from 15% to 20% of the non-discounted price of the service.
We have many therapists who are trained in prenatal massage. Please let our receptionist know, when you make your appointment, if you are pregnant and how far along you are. We recommend checking with your physician before receiving a massage.
Yes, there is no problem with receiving a massage during your menstrual period. Please use normal sanitary precautions.
Massage reduces muscle tension and stress, increases circulation and has many other health benefits. We suggest receiving a massage at least once a month. Many people receive a massage every week, and a lucky few, every day.
